At B&C Specialty Products, we are committed to providing the best customer service possible. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order is securely and accurately packed for shipping — and that it arrives in a timely fashion.
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Wire Transfer may also be possible (at additional cost). Pre-approval is required to receiver payment terms.
We will make every effort to ship your back-ordered item(s) as quickly as possible. In the event that a product availability date changes, exceeding 3 days from time of order placed, you will be notified via phone, email or mail. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us to confirm current product availability.
Applicable sales tax and local taxes on merchandise will be charged for the following states: Kansas. Please note that Kansas excludes aviation related parts from sales tax.
MINIMUM SHIPPING COSTS
There will be a $8.00 minimum shipping charge on all orders to cover shipping and packaging costs.

TIME OF ORDER
The time of day in which your order is placed can affect when it can be processed and packaged for shipment. Although we often ship within 24 hours, please allow up to 3 business days for “Ground” orders to be processed. Please remember also that items ordered via the Internet, over the weekend, or on a holiday will not be shipped until the next business day, at the earliest. Additionally, B&C is closed from Christmas to New Year’s, and regular orders are not processed during this time.
The availability of our products can change from time to time. The great majority of our products are in stock, with immediate availability. We may run short occasionally which can affect the shipping date. Should there be a delay in processing your order, we will advise you of the situation and seek further instructions.
B&C Specialty Products, Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities. Orders submitted online may not be automatically accepted. Once a quantity order is submitted online a B&C representative will contact you with current Pricing & Availability.
All carriers, UPS and FedEx, BEGIN counting shipping time on the business day FOLLOWING the day of pick-up. For example, an item ordered (and processed) on a Monday, with requested 3 Day shipping, would be scheduled for delivery by UPS or FedEx on Thursday — simply add 3 additional business days to the date of your order.
INSURANCE & CONFIRMATION
If you desire insurance on your package, you must request it. Please call for additional fees for this service. All USPS shipments will ship at a minimum of Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. An electronic “Shipping Confirmation” is available free to customers selecting UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority who provide an email address with their order (tracking on international shipments may be limited). This message is sent the day the order is shipped and will confirm the package carrier, tracking number, and expected delivery date.
We always try to meet your AOG needs and will strive to expedite processing in our facility. We will notify you of any applicable expedite fees. Please advise us of time-critical needs when ordering, so that we may better serve you.
We strive to give you the best possible pricing for shipping. Any order shipped outside of the continental United States may encounter significantly higher costs. Since International shipping rates can change rapidly, the costs displayed on the shipping screen are provided for informational purposes only. PLEASE contact us by phone or email with your full shipping address if an exact shipping quote is needed. International orders are subject to additional customs/brokerage charges for fees, duties, and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. These additional charges can be quite costly in some countries. Please seek information from your local customs office before placing your order.
We strongly recommend UPS or FedEx for international shipping, both for reliability and tracking. If postal mail is still requested, we recommend Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International; we will not ship via International First Class. Please keep in mind that we do not file insurance claims, should the package be lost or damaged.
When you place an order, you are agreeing to pay the shipping charges whether or not you accept the shipment. B&C is NOT responsible for charges that customs/brokers may charge you at your country’s border. You are responsible to inform yourself of any possible charges regarding imports/customs.
